Who doesn’t love dogs? They are always faithful to us and they are always happy when we find the necessary time to play with them. Dogs have lots of energy and can often get into trouble because of that. But they’re not always to blame for the problems they could bump into. Before everything else, you should know that it is very important to train your dog so that it will obey you. So when you have a dog, you have to be very responsible and be careful to have a dog proof home. If your dog ever chokes on something, you should immediately try to open its mouth in such way, that it won’t get to bite you and if you see the object that is stuck, try to gently take it out. If you don’t see it and your dog is small enough, grasp its back legs and lift the pet up and shake it and try even slapping its back in order to get the object out. If this doesn’t work, go to the veterinarian as fast as you can. If your dog has a seizure, you should immediately immobilize it by wrapping it in a blanket, so that it won’t hurt itself or even you. If the seizure takes longer than ten minutes, you should call the veterinarian. If something more serious happens to your pet the best choice would be taking it immediately to the vet.
